Cooking For Dame: Chia Seed Chocolate Pudding

This week in Raquel’s kitchen, Wifey for Lifey aims to satisfy Dame’s sweet tooth with a Chia Seed Chocolate Pudding. If you didn’t know, cooking with superfoods like chia seeds is very beneficial for diabetics as they help naturally lower blood sugar. Be sure to add in a little cacao for that chocolaty taste, coconut milk for smoothness, and agave for that sweet kick. And voila! Now you have a great dessert or late night snack. 👌🏽

Watch to see how Dame and this week’s special guest, Mike Castagna CEO of Mannkind, react to this sweet snack. Recipe below!
