Cooking For Dame: Chia Seed Chocolate Pudding

This week in Raquel’s kitchen, Wifey for Lifey aims to satisfy Dame’s sweet tooth with a Chia Seed Chocolate Pudding. If you didn’t know, cooking with superfoods like chia seeds is very beneficial for diabetics as they help naturally lower blood sugar. Be sure to add in a little cacao for that chocolaty taste, coconut milk for smoothness, and agave for that sweet kick. And voila! Now you have a great dessert or late night snack. 👌🏽

Chia Seed Chocolate Pudding:
*Use organic / Non-GMO whenever possible

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
¼ cup chia seeds
3 TBSP raw cacao powder
1 TBSP agave
Fruits for garnish

Steps:

1. In a large bowl add in chia seeds, cacao powder and agave
2. Mix until blended together
3. Add milk and mix.
4. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours
5. Garnish with fruit and serve
