This week, Wifey for Lifey is back in the kitchen creating something sweet for Dame. For all the chocolate lovers out there, you won’t want to miss this Vegan Chocolate Mousse dessert that uses dates as the sweet base so it’s easy on Dame’s glucose levels.

Vegan Chocolate Mousse:
*Use organic / Non-GMO whenever possible


1 ripe avocado
¼ cup raw cocoa powder
¼ cup non-dairy milk
5 dates, soaked for 4-6 hours
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
Fruit for garnish


1. Place everything in the blender. Blend on high until smooth
2. Garnish with fruit and serve
